Great communication, good follow through (when an issue was hit, the team didn't stop until it was resolved), and people I trusted to be in my home with me and my family. Each individual was respectful and courteous. The outcome was what I wanted and the price was reasonable - no unneeded upsells or feeling of pressure with everything promised delivered.
